Sending money (RMB) TO and FROM China & America

Like the subject asks, but specifically for Xoom.  Does zoom allow you to send both ways?  From what I read, it sounds like it's only from America TO China.  If so, would the person in China receive it in RMB (the domestic currency) or...?

Unfortunately, I have the same issue. Money can go into China, but can never come out unless you set up China's services such as Alipay or WeChat wallet.

What if we DO have WeChat Wallet or Alipay though?  Do you think it'd be possible to send money through Xoom using those methods?
