Paypal's phone number keeps hanging up on me after saying that their company is a mess. Does anyone know how to get ahold of a human at Paypal ? I'm trying to figure out their terms of service.
Specifically how do I get me and my wife's pay pal accounts to share one join bank account. Or is that not allowed? If it is, how do we need to enter in the information.
