I'm trying to receive a standard payout that will be processed by the company I work for. By default, the amount is 15,000usd.
I tried messaging the support and they said there is a limit of 10,000usd per transaction. But there are options in 'business setup' page to lift these limits but it's not working for some reason/ the support team doesn't talk about this(maybe because it's not available in India?)
Anyways, I'm unable to make my sender adjust my PO to separate transactions as its a standard procedure they use that works for all their recipients(saying it works for others).
Let me know how I could go about resolving this.
