You can sell knives through eBay using Paypal

I am a custom knifemaker and everyday carry maker.  My account has been suspended because I sell collectable knives like you do on eBay in which PayPal is a service integrated with eBay.  My account has been frozen for 180 days.  I can understand that you might consider collectable knives, camping knives and custom knives to fall under "or (k) certain weapons or knives regulated under applicable law.”   My knives meet California and Federal Laws.  

This is what confuses me.  Automatic, Camping, Kitchen and other knives are sold on eBay with payments and funding through PayPal.  As I understand it PayPal was Established in 1998 as Confinity, PayPal had its initial public offering in 2002, and became a wholly owned subsidiary of eBay later that year. eBay spun off PayPal in 2015.  All knife transactions are done through PayPal in eBay.  This is a total disconnect.

The account is not frozen for 180 days, sadly its a permanent ban BUT you can withdraw any funds after 180 days.

It says certain knives regulated by laws.  Kitchen knives or camping knives aren't regulated so why do they fall under weapons.  Also, why I'm I different than the 100,000s knives sold under eBay in which Paypal allows payments for?  I contacted the BBB and my Senator.  The $6000 in funds frozen are critical for my family and my business to survive in this Covid-19 world.  Without my funds and the PayPal service I will not be able to pay for my Capital Business Loans that I gotten through PayPal.  This situation will make it next to impossible to survive when on top of this I have to provide for my family.
