apple id and fee

hey guys i just got  PayPal for the first time and i added it to my apple id all good and dandy but i had to pay a payment fee of $15.52 dollars does anyone know why i had to pay a fee and  if its possible to get a refund

you should not be charged any fees by PayPal to send money for goods and services. Here some details on the fees policy

If you have been charged fees by your merchant you will have to contact them to understand the reason of it.

and you don't charge a fee when you connect your apple id to your PayPal account ?

Yes, setting up and keeping a PayPal account is absolutely free. The same goes when you connect your apple id to your PayPal account, we won't charge you with any fees for that.
