I am currently trying to buy $13 CDN worth of vbucks, but whenever I press confirm puchase, it says "Your payment was refused by PayPal."
Does anyone have a sollution? I am trying to buy from my bank accounts debit card going through paypal, and it works on steam. I made sure it wasnt going into my balance and it said it was my debit card being used. I have $15 on my debit card and $1 on my paypal balance.
