Hi,i  have USA paypal account,is it ok to open a philippines paypal account under my name?but philippines address?thank you.

You are allowed x2 paypal accounts as long as x1 is personal and the other x1 is business.

You are allowed x1 in each country as long as you have a phone number / address / bank and card info appropriate for each country.
