Hey guys!
My questions might be stupid but I want to ask them and make sure before I start working with UAE PayPal.
Can I accept payments in USD in PayPal (UAE)? If yes, what will be the fee per transaction and what is withdrawal fee to local (UAE) USD account?
I found a link where it shows fees but I have no idea how much it will be charging (2.9% of 3.9%) per transaction from US customers, also will it be deposited as AED (since it is UAE paypal) or it will be deposited in USD and withdrawal to UAE bank account. Is that free? As far as I know in US PayPal withdrawal to local bank accounts are not charging anything.
Last questions, if my business is registered in UAE but I am not residing there , I guess PayPal will ask business documents to check if I am doing legit business. I am afraid only if the ask about my residency. Is it allowed? Won't be I having any problems?

Hi there @azizmuhomediev1, thank you for reaching out on our Community Help Forums. We appreciate your interest in using PayPal to process your payments. Your primary currency in receiving payments in the UAE will indeed be USD. Our complete fee structure can be found here. In summary, receiving payments for UAE is 3.4% + $0.30 USD for domestic and 3.9% + $0.30 for international payments per transaction. When withdrawing funds from a UAE account, you'll be able to withdraw funds to your credit, debit, or prepaid card and to your US bank account.
In regard to which country you should register your account in, you should always register your account in the country you are residing in. I hope that answers all your questions, for more information on which countries PayPal supports, click here. Thanks again and have a wonderful day!

Thank you for your reply @PayPal_JonK .
So I won't be able to withdraw directly to my UAE bank account?
My situation a little bit confusing. I am residing in Russia, but my company is registered in UAE. So I will be able to provide an office lease agreement in UAE, license etc., but won't be able to provide a proof of address that I am residing in UAE. I can't open a business PayPal in Russia, because they require to have local business and they accept only in RUB.
Also, let's assume that I have opened a business account in UAE paypal and I have linked my personal US bank account.
Won't be there problems with taxation? Since I am under UAE jurisdiction and I am not US citizen, but just want to know in order to avoid bans from my bank/PayPal.
