I have a stranger on Facebook trying to sell digital concert tickets via PayPal...seems fishy. I was wondering if I'm covered under PayPal protection if the tickets aren't real?

Oh no, please don't. Heheh. Plenty of scams more then it is safe. PayPal protection is not 100% and has it's limitations. It depends if the tix are electronic or not. If they are paper, you can send something back physically with tracking number in order to get a refund. If it is electronic, you may have a chance and file, Item not received.

It's iffy. Concert tix I won't buy online, Imho. It' s not worth the stress and loss of cash. That should be the barometer. Can I lose this amount of money and still be 'ok".
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
