Hello guys, I would like to know if I can verify my PayPal account using the CTI Debit card they provide here in Tunisia, I've been trying to, but I always end up with, "unable to process the transaction, try latter". Can somebody tell me please weather if it is supported as of April 2021, or it's a waste of time. Thank you very much.
