Can one transfer money from UAE to USA

Spouse is working in UAE and wants to send money. Can it be done from UAE to USA? Will he need to setup Paypal there or can he use existing Paypal that he setup in USA? Does it depend at all on what UAE bank he uses?

Thank you for bringing this up to our attention and to answer your question the sender needs to setup a new paypal account in UAE and the bank to be use as funding source should also be a UAE bank.
