Can you create multiple personal account with different emails?

Hello,

I am looking to offer art commissions in the future but I am not comfortable with people knowing my real name. Therefore, can I open another personal account with another email, and a pseudonym/pen name to conduct my business? People know me more by my pseudonym too. I will be using my second account to receive payments from clients, and then when the business with the client is all done I'll transfer over the money to my main personal account to buy groceries, pay rent/bills, etc.

I am aware that Paypal allows user to have two accounts under the same email provided one is a business account and another is a personal account. However, I don't think a business account will suit me as I will be only doing commissions as a hobby (not my main job). 

I am really worried that Paypal would suspend my account if I decided to open a second personal account as this article shows:

(He opened a second account just to transfer money similar to my case and his account got closed by Paypal without any reason)

An email address identifies x1 paypal account only, you can't use the same email address on x2 accounts.

You are however allowed x2 paypal accounts as long as x1 is business and the other x1 is personal.

However sometimes paypal allow you to have a second business account but you have to contact them for permission to do that first.

You can however have up to 8 email addresses linked to x1 account.

If you use a fake name on a legal, financial paypal account then you are breaking paypal rules. Also you would never be able to verify that account and when paypal ask you for legal documents that show your legal name matches the name on your paypal account you won't be able to do so and your account would be limited and any funds frozen permanently.

I see. That makes sense. If anything bad were to happen to my account, it'd be hard to process since I used a pseudonym. So, the only way to not show my real name to clients is to open/upgrade to a business account then, yes?
