Customer Service

Hello, does anyone know if there is a customer service email address? It seems like every point of contact on this site is automated. I need to actually speak to a live person and my questions can not be answered with the limited responses from the messenger service.

We are told not to call the customer service number and when I do I am put into an endless loop of pressing buttons until I am finally disconnected. The message service is automated as well and is no help. How does a company with a market cap of 206 Billion dollars not have enough people to answer phones? Any guidance or help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
