I bought something on depop but the seller said she cancelled the order but the money says it's left the account but she says she hasn't received the order
She may have cancelled your order but she can't cancel an already processing payment.
Funds can't do a u-turn so they have to complete through to paypal when as the order is cancelled they will be credited to your paypal balance OR if you funded it via a debit or credit card credited back to that card.

how did you get your paypal $s back? Having same issue. Bought an item, seller determined before shipping that it was damaged and will refund me my paypal dollars, but the $'s havent shown up in her account since she hasn't shipped. How can I get the $'s to show up in her account?
