Does a Electric Push Bike count as Vehicle under Paypals Protection Policy

Hi There,

This could be a grey area, so I thought I would ask, does a Electric bicycle  count as a "Vehicle" under Paypals Protection Policy? 
I am looking to use Paypal as to purchase an Electric Mountain Bike, and I am just making sure that I am covered under Paypals Protection Policy for the transaction.

I wouldn't have thought so, its a 'motor' vehicle.

I had to phone Paypal support to get clarification for this one, as to me a electric bike does have a motor, even the custom support operator had to check with their supervisor, then came back and said it would be covered. I asked the the operator where I could find clear documentation, the operator was unable to point me to any clear documentation  but they tell me they had make notes on my account about the questions that I asked and the answers that they gave.

What I would say to anyone considering paying online with Paypal for a electric bike purchase is get these notes added to your account before the purchase, just in case.

I've also just checked with Paypal and they confirm that electric bikes ARE covered by Paypal's buyer protection
