Martin Lewis says to check for a Golden Ticket. How do I do this please ?

I have a email from PayPal saying that I've won a golden ticket and i have to log in to check but it isn't there?

Yep. Seems like an email marketing lie:

Woohoo XXXXXX ! You've got a share of our £1,000,000 Golden Ticket giveaway. Log in to your PayPal account now to see what you’ve been awarded. It could be a fiver, it could be as much as fifty quid, but if you don’t look now, you’ll never know.

I think it's pretty plainly saying you (we) have won a reward of cash.  But there is no ticket and no cash in my account. This is misleading advertising and I think the ASA will agree with us.
