Google Play GameCard Email Scam?

I received an email from PayPal for a $53 transaction from GameCardDelivery for a Google Play GameCard and I never ordered one.  Delivery address is Orland FL and I live in WI.  Can anyone confirm this is a scam email?  I've received some before but never anything confirming payment.

I also have the same email which you which is asking the to login as credit card details is incorrect
