How to Add a New Contact to Send Money To

Yes, I found the instructions below and tried to follow them.  However, there is no "Add New Contact".  It doesn't exist on my screen 😞  Any help appreciated. 

You can add, edit or delete contacts from your PayPal address book at any time.

Here's how:

1. Click Send & Request.
2. Click Contacts.
3. Select a contact, then click Edit or Delete contact.
4. Click Add new contact to add a new one.
