I got a letter from Comenity Capital Bank today in response to me trying to open a Paypal Bill Me Later Credit account. It said that my application is pending because further information regarding my income was needed and that I had to log on to a a site https://bml.applications.billmelater.com/info/login/enter.xhtml to continue. It ask for your birthday and last 4 of your social which I provided but it keeps telling me its invalid. I know its correct as its me lol They give no other way to communicate with them. How can I get a hold of them to tell them of the problem I am having.
