I located a seller for Broadway tickets. The plan is: Tickets are in the box office in sellers name, they say. They will transfer them to my name. I will call the box office and if they confirm tickets are in my name, I will then pay by PayPal. Does this sound safe?

You will not receive PayPal Purchase Protection for an item you pick up in person with a PayPal Goods & Services payment (items need to be shipped with a tracking number or signature if over $750.00).
