My friend, who lives in Uruguay, would like to send a $30 dollar (USD) virtual gift card to someone in the US.
Both my friend and that 'someone' (we are all mutuals) are concerned that the transaction may not go through as planned.
They are both concerned that Friend 1, who will be buying the 30 Gift card for round-about 1270 Uruguyan pesos, might have issue buying the card for the person in the US; namely, through currency conversion.
Would the friend in the US even receive the code? If so, how can we be sure that when the Uruguayan friend spends 1270 Uruguayan pesos on this gift card, that the second friend will receive a $30 USD gift card?
