Linking to Uber Eats

I tryed to link my PayPal to Uber Eats so I can pay through PayPal, but it comes up with an error saying, “Unable to add account, please verify that a bank account or card is linked to your PayPal account.” I don’t know why this is happening because I have a card linked.

Go to Account Settings > Security > Permissions

See if you have a Uber Eats profile there, delete it and try again.

Doesn’t work, still comes up with same error. I’ve made purchases before but suddenly this came up.
