PPP uploading drivers license problem

I applied for the PPP loan, received an email that they needed my drivers license. They were uploaded originally, but I did it again anyway. For some reason every time I go back to the dashboard it still shows “get started” for the drivers license. So i am assuming it’s not going through as everything else shows a check mark for being done. Any help appreciated

I'm having the exact same issue. I've tried for 2 days now and still no success on getting the DL uploaded. It is the proper file type and well below the size limit. I've emailed them directly, uploaded it in the email but no response yet.

I'm having the same issue as well, tried multiple browsers etc, but doesn't seem to stay uploaded once I log back in.

I am experiencing the same issue. I kept getting email from PayPal asking to upload the driver's license, which I have tried to do numerous time. Hope there's a solution to this soon.

It looks like the driver's license issue is fixed. When I logged back into my account just now, it didn't ask to upload the dl anymore. Is everyone else getting the same thing?

I no longer see the page under Summary. Do any of you have existing LoanBuilder/Paypal business loans? I ask because I know other fintech companies ask that you use a different email than your existing email with the current loan, ie. onDeck. So I'm wondering if I should have done my PPP loan application with another email?
