Paypal Security alert - Is it legit?

I've had the following text from 67975:

PayPal security alert: Did you sign in to your account at 04:14 AM BST, 17-Jul-2020? If yes, reply 'Y'. If no, reply 'N'. Message and data rates apply.

I've never had one of these before in 18 years of membership and my account seems OK so I'm assuming it's a scam. Anyone know for sure?

Exactly the same, came in when I logged in, very spooky.

I had exactly the same message, contacted paypal and the said it was a scam

I have just had the same message. I put the number in google and it said it was a scam. Any messages I have had from Paypal before say Paypal as the sender, not a phone number
