Hello, I would like to ask helps from any of you that have the same case as mine. I opened my account in order to sell an item online. When the buyer paid for it, I had to cancel the sale. I contacted Paypal asking to refuse the transaction and refund the buyer, but i didn’t receive any useful responses but auto messages. I called to ask but they said i couldn’t do anything but wait, or to add my bank account and do the refund. I didn’t want to add my bank account to have Paypal deducted the amount for nothing. Now they charged me for the dispute and keep sending emails asking me pay for the debts. Does anyone have the same case as mine? And what should i do to protect my right as well as my pocket from being ripped of?

As paypal no longer return the fee you were charged when your buyer paid then you may not have the full amount and so your bank account will be used instead.
