Is there any fee for transferring considerable amount of money (the maximum amount of money that can be transferred with a specific Paypal account) to another Paypal account?
No fee if paying with PayPal balance or bank account and recipient account is domestic. There will be a fee if recipient account is cross border (international), regardless of payment method.
