Hello, Has anyone had any trouble with orders from Postgown.com? I recieved a confirmation payment from PayPal but is nowhere to be found in my history purchases? It has been a month since I placed an order and have sent 5 emails to customer service with no response? PayPal customer service currently does not have anyone available to talk to due to the Coronavirus. Thank you

I too am having trouble with this company and my order.  After some research i find that the company goes under this name MEWE GALLERY COMPANY LIMITED.   Look at your paypal and see if that name appears on your account.
