I made a purchase on a site called STILETKRA. The order confirmation i received came from a domain <removed>, there was also an outlook email in it, another domain and their paypal is a gmail account. I looked up their contact info and it is a small yellow house in washington. I googled th< removed> that the order confirmation came from and found numerous complaints that the site was a scam. I tried to file a complaint on paypal today, ironically the company emailed me an order status update at the exact moment but I accidentally canceled my complaint. What should I do?

Their privacy policy refers to them being a Shopify website.  I don’t see that they are part of Shopify.

The outlook email would steer me away from the site.

Free shipping for a desk would make me leery.

If you mistakenly closed a dispute then your best bet would be to see if the order does eventually arrive and if so and its tat from China then contact customer services and see if they will open a dispute for you as you would not be able to open a second yourself.

I purchased from this Stiletkra website a dog sofa. They sent me a tracking number that it was shipped. I am just checking the tracking and it says that was delivered "At my mailbox". Turns out that I have never received the sofa and that only envelopes and small boxes are delivered in the mailbox. Large objects (as this large dog sofa I purchased) appears as "Delivered at front porche". I tried to call the pone number that appears in the website and an answering machine says that "the number you dialed is not a working number". I tried to retrieve my account in their website so I can contact them and now "there's no account associated with my e-mail". I also sent them an e-mail to the e-mail that appears in their website. This is OBVIOUSLY a scam because they might have sent me something (god knows what) just to have a tracking number to prove that it was delivered, but they didn't account to the fact that in my neighborhood there's a communal mailbox so there will be an obvious distinction when a large or small packages are delivered. I bet that they are conning MANY people like this because in most cases when you don't have a communal mailbox everything appears as "Delivered at the front door" or "Delivered at the porch". PLEASE REFUND MY MANY AND PLEASE DON'T LET THESE PEOPLE KEEP CONNING OTHER BUYERS!

They sent tracking March 12 and 27 from two different emails. Nothing ever came. Tracking says it’s still in China which is understandable at this point. But it was ordered way before everything shut down.

Update on this scam company: a small package from China arrived today. It was a smashed Ray Ban box with a pair of green and black ray ban sunglasses that have silver paint finger prints all over them like someone handled them with paint on their hands. The tag said QB-2457 which I googled and they are not reven remotely close. Still this is not what I ordered, I ordered a dog bed for a 100lb dog. And PayPal won’t even do anything about this
