Transaction still pending after canceling order in GameStop

Hey guys…I just don’t know what to do now. I made a order yesterday in GameStop online and I paid by using PayPal. But I then changed my mind and cancel the order, so that it said it won’t charge me anymore. 
however, my PayPal transaction of 300 dollars is still in pending status and my money is not returning back to my account. I tried to contact GameStop but their customer service just didn’t reply me now.

there is no cancel button on the summary page and I am very concerned. Does that mean I have to wait until it expires? Or is there some other way through the PayPal to cancel my order? I heard the authorization date for GameStop is a year and I can’t wait for that long...

Hello @Zip3l . Sorry for the confusion that this cause to yes. Pending on our end means that the merchant dindt capture yet the payment.  First thin to do is for you to contact the merchant and kindly ask them to cancel the order that you made to them. Once cancelled. Rest assured that your funds will go directly to the main funding source that you used to purchase the product. 

Now the other way around. The pending transaction status will expired after 30days. Hope this will help you🙂
