My credit score on ClearScore shows that I have missed two payments with PayPal which has made a negative impact on my Credit Score and I was rejected for a mortgage application. I have never missed a payment, I have the miniumum amount set up in a direct debit and I always have money in my account. The majority of the time I pay early. My statements in PayPal do not have any fee related charge attached to them. How can I resolve this with PayPal? I need them to look and see that I've never missed a payment, I've never had to pay any fine for missing a payment but I have two missed payments on my credit score from PayPal and now I can't purchase a house as a 31 year old male who's worked all his life and has always played by the rules. This is the only tarnish on my credit report and is the reason it is too low to be accepted for a mortgage at a high street bank. Please help me!
