I have tried using my credit line at Target for groceries but I recieved msg that paypal could not be used. I have made paypal my main payment source, & I have linked my banking acct to paypal. I also tried paying with paypal for online games & for items at walmart but got same error msg. There are no clear procedures on pay pal app on what to do to get the PayPal creditline going. It tells you how to use the creditline but that's about it. Can some1 please tell me what's the 1st step towards getting the credit line in use & any other procedure that I need to take!
