Payment page hangs on Mac, Any tips?

On my Mac desktop, When I press the "Make A Payment" button on the Summary page, the payment page hangs and does not load...

I end up having to make my payment on my iPhone.

I am sure there is something preventing the payment page from loading but I do not know where to start.

Welcome! Thanks for that information, I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues making a payment. Since you're able to make the payment on your phone and not on your Mac, it sounds like this could be a simple browser issue. I would recommend clearing out your browser's cache, cookies, and browsing history. If you're still running into issues after that, I would recommend trying a different browser all together.
