I got a refund check from Synchrony Bank, it took over a month to get to me. When I went to deposit the check, it bounced. Now it's been since October 2019, and synchrony is saying i already cashed it. So I have provided them documentation from my credit union showing that I deposited it and then there were no funds. So my credit union returned the check to synchrony Bank, and they are still refusing that it bounced. It is now April 2020, and this has been a circle of death. This is easy accounting, we have shown all the facts, yet they still refuse the check bounced.
