So I just got through doing a search on this topic...seems to be a big thing on everyone's mind. I can't understand why PP can't merchant list going. We all know that they have a master list of every online merchant/ brick-n-mortar that signed up to use/accepts this form of payment. Anyhow, after my search all I found was this link; so far:
