HELP Paying off Paypal Credit Charge Off??

So last Fall, I opened a Paypal Credit account and used about $56 of the $250 within the line of credit. However, I neglected paying off the monthly payments and now appears as a charge off on my credit report. I'm only 21 and had no working knowledge of credit at the time and realize how detrimental a charge off is to my Credit.

I tried contacting Paypal Credit about possibly paying off the debt but all the customer service numbers I have reached out to barely can get me to a working customer service agent. Tired of talking to automated voice messages. Is there a way to contact Paypal Credit representatives to pay off the $56 or know which debt collection agency they possibly sent the closed account/debt to?

That's the number I called before. @sharpiemarker 

Couldn't even get me to a representative as it said this type of issue couldn't be solved over phone. 

Tried the message center. Here's to hoping I actually get a response.

Perhaps call up Synchrony Financial's customer service, the folks who services PayPal Credit accounts and see if they can pull up your account.
