hi, I was charged with a late-payment fees. Is it possible to apply for fee waiver? I couldn't pay on time because I left the UK for good and transferred the money back to my home country's bank account. PS I'm a newly graduated student so paying the late-payment fees is a bit painful to me, esp during the pandemic.
