Unable to process your application

Trying to buy a laptop online and saw PayPal credit seemed great, I've been using PayPal for many years for buying online but never PayPal credit before, so I check out and login to PayPal, fill in all my details but when I accept application I get " sorry we are unable to process your application," I've tried on 2 different websites, I fit all the criteria needed, the information on sellers website states if your declined you will receive an email on why you have been declined but I received nothing. If ibe been declined that's fine but I would like to know why, but I don't even think I'm getting to that stage of the application, it not even going though to be decided it I can use it or not, very frustrating

I'm sorry to hear of the trouble. 

 

An email is always sent with details if the PayPal Credit application was denied. Since you haven't received an email, it sounds like there could be an issue. I recommend reaching out to our customer support team so we can look further into this. You can also reach us on Twitter or Facebook
