Figured it out... PayPal Credit used to be called Bill Me Later. So it means its a payment towards your PayPal Credit account.

Hello,
I have a long list of (Buyer Credit Payment Withdrawal - Transfer To BML listing).
I read that these are payments.  I make all payments in whole #'s.  None of the transactions are whole.
This make me wonder.
Also I have a long list of (BML Credit - Transfer from BML)   Are these legit?

My BML, some of the payments I really don't understand. Some as high as $300.00 dollars But there's no way that I know how to back check!
