Wanted to buy some clothes from online stores such as Boohoo etc but unable to use my PayPal credit as a payment option just only can pay via PayPal from my debit card. What stores can you use PayPal credit with?

There's no "list" I know of. If it is not offered during checkout after choosing to pay with PayPal, then it is not available with that merchant.
AND it is terrible that Paypal promotes these stores on their website! YOU CAN NOT USE IT ON SEPHORA, MICHAELS, ECT. You would think they would not Falsely promote them. It is close to FRAUD
