What is the deal with that? I get some product ordered yesterday, not a large amount, and it goes through just fine. Then today, I need to order again and not a big amount, well under any spending linits ect. It delcines me today. Why would it do that. There is plenty of money, and plenty in the back up savings account too. I don't understand, and need to get this ordered. I did seperate transactions, due to things yesterday needed orderd by the 31st, and todays, August stuff. Anyway, I don't have time to wait to call paypal in the morning. Really wish this would work. Now I am worried, my daughter is in town (23miles away) and needs to get gas to make it home, and she has her Paypal card I got for her, on my account, now I am worried she wont be able to get gas and make it home. This is bogus. Any advice? Thanks
