I am relatively new to PayPal. I was told that the only way to get immediate access to funds paid/send to me was to apply for a Paypal debit card. So I applied. I was denied. I don't know why, I registered with a credit card, a bank account. So how do I get my money if PayPal will not issue me a debit/ATM card. Why do I have to wait 5 days until it transfers to my bank account. When I called Paypal to ask why I was denied, the representative today told me to reapply. I did. I still don't know why I was denied. I am not asking for a credit card. If I don't get a debit card to access my own money, I might as well close my paypal account. So much for helping the consumer!
