How do I check the balance on my paypal debit card

I have to issues

1st I was wanting to know where do I gfo to look up the transaction and balance for my paypal debit card and second Why does it conutine to say unable to connect with ebay account when I try to sign up my card for the 1% cash back...

I just want an easier way to get my money, right now I have a prepaid walmart money  debit card I transfer all my money to which takes a couple of days with no fees.... I think if I can't figure out this stupid paypal card I also wil be canceling the paypal debit card..:(

Until then can anyone help me out with the 2 issues I have now....

Your balance on your debit card is the same as the balance in your paypal account.  Unless you connect it to a bank account to cover over withdraws you cannot spend more than what is in your paypal account.

The amount showing in your paypal account IS the balance available on your paypal debit card.
