PayPal Debit Card Cash Back

Hello everyone, 

I would like to know am I able to use my Paypal debit card to get a cash back at a store, restaurant where ever cash back is accepted?

Also, is there a charge to get a cash back with your Paypal Debit Card.

I tried looking everywhere for this, but was unable to find any information.

Welcome to the boards!

You can use the PayPal Debit card to get cash back when making a purchase.  However, all cash back transactions require that you enter a PIN to do so.  This is important to note, because it means a few things.

First, you won't be able to use back-up funding to get cash back.  If you don't have enough cash in your PayPal account, it will be declined.

Second, all of these transactions will count against your purchasing limit that you have daily for the card.  So, if you pay for a $5 item and get $20 cash back, it will count as $25 towards your spending limit for the day.

Optionally, you can use the PayPal Debit Card at an ATM to withdraw funds from your PayPal balance (again, back-up funding can't be used); just select "Checking."  PayPal charges a $1fee for an ATM withdrawal, and the ATM you are at may charge an additional fee.
