Paypal debit card designs

I thought I saw somewhere that you could do a personal design of the PayPal Business Debit Card.  I've been searching for the past half hour.  Did I dream this?

Currently the PayPal Debit Mastercard has a standard design, what you may have come across is the PayPal Extras Mastercard credit card. This product allows for an image to be uploaded and used on your PayPal Extras Mastercard.

One day I hope we can change the PayPal Debit Card design, while it's pretty fancy I wouldn't mind a little personal touch.
