I just went to redeem my 6000 reward points for 50.00 cash back and paypal took my points but did not deposit the 50.00 in my pp account. 2 1/2 hours on the phone wasted. Redirected in circles, hung up on 4 times and just a huge waste of time. This is the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. This is no way to run a business. Just terrible. Has anyone else had this problem? Can anyone help me?

I second your opinion!!!
I have been fighting the same exact situation for 6000 points since Oct 14, 2011 and have been given promises with dates as to when the points will be restored or the money will be placed into my PayPal account, on at least 3 separate occasions. Nothing has been done. After going through the endless circles of transfers among various agents, disconnects, and WORTHLESS promises, I am at wits end. It seems to me that this inaction and confusion is PLANNED to make the consumer give up so that PayPal benefits by giving the consumer nothing for his or her points.
After hours upon hours on telephone, I can never reach anyone that has the authority to acknowledge and/or rectify this problem.
Does anyone out there have anything to add???

Interesting...... I just emailed them on not having my points in my account, just then to read this!! how lovely...... I was hoping it was just a glitch on my account!

I just spent the last 2 1/2 hours, getting the run around between Paypal and Mastercard, talked to 6 different people, 2 supervisors, and got nowhere! The last supervisor I talked to, Robin, kept saying "I'm very sorry ...", but I could hear her snickering after saying her canned phrases. Their customer service is NO service, they don't value their customers. I'm so hurt by their actions that this time, I will post on http://www.ripoffreport.com, and any where else I can to let others know.
