PayPal is not user friendly

Hello,

I keep making payments but I still get my e-bill online saying the amount I owe has not gone down.

They have changed there main menu it really is not user friendly at all. They have also charged me

for a transaction that was never completed the seller did not get the money. I tried e-mailling there

help department over a month ago still haven't recieved answer. I agree with others I am paying off

the amount I owe and will no longer be using paypal.

Hi confused,

 

Are you able to see the transactions in your PayPal account history log? What is the status of the payments you sent?
