PayPal Here Application – Request for additional documents

Requested to provide additional documents when signing up for PayPal Here?

If you see a message that additional documents are required at the end of your PayPal Here application, you will need to upload a copy of your photo ID and proof of address so that one of our agents can manually review your application. To upload these documents, log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.co.uk. When you log in to your account you will see a notification requesting additional information. Click on the notification to go to the Resolution Center and follow the instructions to upload the required documentation.

Once you’ve completed these steps and provided the additional information we need, your case will be reviewed by one of our Account Specialists. This usually takes 2-3 working days. Following the review, we will send you an email notifying you of the outcome.

If you have trouble completing these steps, click ‘Contact Us’ at the bottom of any PayPal page to get more information or to contact Customer Service.

Paypal here says that more documents are required but when I log in to my account I am verified and the box highlighted in your post does not appear.

Any suggestions?

Just to check, where can you see that additional information is required? When you log in through the app are you seeing any requests?

Hi I am having same problem. I have sent all documents in my paypal account and am fully verified and have been for a few weeks but paypal here app still asks for additional docs. Please help
