Confirmation of Payment via Credit Card email not showing username

Hi

My company is an online training company that offers the choice to people of paying by credit card or paypal, both of which are paid for via paypal. A lot of the time the registered course users name is different from who is paying.

Until recently, the username was showing on the payment advice email which I get when they pay, and makes it easy to provide them with the taxation accepted receipt.

Recently the emails I have been receiving haven't had the username included which is making the task longer as I have to log into Paypal and open every payment to obtain the information.

has anyone got any ideas how I can get the username back onto the payment receipts please.
