Help a nonprofit set up an order form with multiple options

I'm helping my kid's band program sell poinsettias and they'd like an online order form. They have a paypal account at the nonprofit rate.

I'm using the payment link under "Saved links and buttons" to make a simple order form. So far so good. Easy to make a button to sell a red poinsettia in three sizes. https://www.paypal.com/ncp/payment/D2CJMSHHFBQPY

But what if someone wants a small red and a medium red? And there are white and pink too, each in small, medium, and large. How do I give people the option to order a mix of items on the same order form? Or a series of buttons that all add to the same cart?

I could set up a google form and then link to paypal for payment but then folks would have to calculate the total and people and math don't always go well together. 🙂 Or use a google form and then invoice them but that creates extra work for the volunteers.

Other solutions welcome. My kid is a senior so hoping to find something sustainable that another volunteer could take over in the future. And it has to be free.

Thanks for any advice.

Hello @ccpops,

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Merchant Community.

You might need to get creative with this many variations going through a donate button. The "donate" button created at www.paypal.com/buttons can hold 3 different options, so you can create a separate button for each color or size of poinsettia. People will need to make separate donations to mix and match between 3 buttons. There is no cart functionality for the Donation button like the PayPal "add-to-cart" button since it is intended for simple donations rather than purchases of items.

You can also check out the free options offered by the 3rd-party partners on our developer site for a shopping cart solution that provides more customization [https://www.paypal.com/us/business/platforms-and-marketplaces/directory].

If you have any additional questions, please feel free to ask them here or create a PayPal Merchant Technical Support (MTS) ticket via the following URL: https://www.paypal.com/mts. Please ensure that you provide detailed information and any errors you are experiencing when submitting the ticket.

Sincerely,
