I have an app which people can turn their points which they earned on my into gifts like amazon gift card, paypal and many more. So i don't want to show my name when i send them the dollars using PayPal as gifts i want to show my app name like when the user receives the money it says "Easy rewards sent you $5"... And not to show my name how can i do that?

You need a business account and use a business name and business info to interface with the public.
You can upgrade the personal account or open a separate business account instead:

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
